		<description>Yea I mean I agree that Torre's ability to control the clubhouse and the respect he had from the team was underrated, and that was a big factor losing that. Girardi was a teammate of some of these guys just 10 years ago, and let's face it, he's still a spanking new manager learning on the job. No one wanted him more than me at the time, but I'm now learning that you need someone with experience and already respected to manage the New York Yankees. It's a unique job that requires it. Also, if we had the GM of the Marlins, we'd be in a hell of a lot better shape.</description>
